This fee is for personal, non-commercial use.
For commercial use, additional commercial use rights must be purchased.(one-time purchase for any use)
Fees vary depending on the complexity of the characters and backgrounds, the number of objects, and other Commission details.
I will reply to you within one week of your application.
Please note that if you do not receive a reply after one week, it means that your request has been rejected.
I also accept requests at VGen, whichever you prefer. The services are the same, but the payment methods are different.
Commission Process

I will give you an estimate and quotation based on your order form. Once you are satisfied with the content and amount of your commission, I will issue an invoice via PayPal for your payment.

I will create a sketch and submit it to you. Once you have reviewed the sketch and are satisfied with it, I will begin the clean-up process. At this point, the number of revisions is unlimited.

Please check the illustration after it is completed.
I will respond to revisions free of charge as long as they are not major revisions, such as drastically changing the position of a pose or adding a new illustration.(Change the color, eyes, feet thickness slightly, etc.)

The client must provide us with the original artwork (PSD) that has been adjusted for Live2D.
The original artwork (PSD) provided by the client must be the client's own copyright owner or have a qualifying copyright license.
I may edit, re-paint, and further layering the original artwork(PSD) to be made applicable to rigging.

Payment must be made in full before commissions begin.
■Refund

Orders will be cancelled by the artist if these terms and conditions are violated or if no response is received for two weeks.

In case of unavoidable cancellation, the amount of refund depends on the work process.

Cancellation before payment: No cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation in the sketching process: 50% of the fee will be returned.

After that: No refunds.

In the event of cancellation, you will not receive all rights to the artwork.
■Use and Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright of the work basically belongs to me as the author.

I retain all artistic copyrights to the publication/use of the commissioned work.

I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.
